When to call us

The theme editor only goes so far

The template has hit its ceiling

Your brand outgrew the theme it launched on. Sections fight you. The design looks like three other stores. Every workaround adds another app.

You need features Shopify doesn’t ship

B2B price lists, configurators, subscriptions with rules, custom checkout logic. These need a developer, not another $29/month app.

You’re moving to Shopify

From Magento, WooCommerce, Neto or a legacy platform. Products, customers, order history and SEO all have to arrive intact.

Traffic is fine. Conversion isn’t.

Slow templates, cluttered journeys and clunky checkouts leak revenue quietly. Speed and UX work usually pays for itself fast.

The work

What we build

Design-file-to-theme builds, private apps and ERP plumbing. Every project is quoted at a fixed price and supported after launch.

  • Themes

    Custom theme development

Your design built as a clean, fast Online Store 2.0 theme. Sections your team can actually use. No page-builder bloat.

  • Apps

    Custom and private apps

When the app store doesn’t have it, we build it: private apps, Shopify Functions and checkout extensions made for your exact requirement.

  • Migrate

    Platform migrations

Products, customers, orders and SEO moved from Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Neto or anything with an export. Redirects included, so Google follows.

  • Speed

    Performance and conversion

Theme audits, Core Web Vitals work and checkout friction removed. Measured before and after, in numbers you can see.

  • Connect

    ERP, 3PL and accounting integration

Shopify wired to Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, Cin7 and your 3PL. Inventory, orders and payouts flow without anyone re-keying them.

  • Support

    Ongoing development and support

A standing arrangement for the stores we build: updates, new features and a developer who already knows your setup.

Why us

Two decades of ecommerce, applied to Shopify

We built stores before Shopify existed, and we’ve built on Shopify since it arrived in Australia. Most “Shopify problems” are really ecommerce problems: catalogue structure, shipping logic, tax, integration. We’ve solved them on every platform.

AI tooling now does the repetitive layers. That makes senior time affordable for stores that used to be priced out of custom work.

  • Senior developers, not a ticket queue

You talk to the people writing the code. Small team. Direct answers. No account manager in the middle.

  • Standard Shopify, no weird dependencies

Standard theme architecture, documented apps, your accounts. Any developer could take over. None has needed to.

  • Straight platform advice

If a $29 app covers it, we’ll say so. If your store shouldn’t be on Shopify at all, we’ll say that too.

How it runs

Scope, quote, build, support

  1. 1

    Scope call

What the store needs, what exists today, and whether it needs custom work at all.

  2. 2

    Fixed quote

Scope, timeline and price in writing within 48 hours.

  3. 3

    Build

You watch it come together on a preview theme or staging store. Weekly check-ins.

  4. 4

    Launch

Orders, refunds and notifications tested end to end before anything goes live.

  5. 5

    Support

Most clients keep us on for ongoing improvements. Some just call when they need us. Both work.

Fair questions

Before you ask

Custom theme or customised theme. Which do we need?

If a quality theme covers 90% of your design with light customisation, that’s the better-value answer, and we’ll tell you so. A fully custom theme earns its cost when the brand, catalogue or buying journey doesn’t fit any template. That’s usually an established store with real traffic.

Can you migrate our order history and SEO?

Yes. Products, customers and order history come across. Order history arrives via import apps or the API, with some platform-specific limits we’ll flag up front. Every old URL gets a redirect, so your rankings follow you instead of resetting.

Do you work with Shopify Plus?

Yes. Checkout extensibility, Functions, B2B features, expansion stores and the integration work that comes with Plus-sized operations. We’ll also tell you whether you need Plus at all, or just good engineering on standard Shopify.

Can you take over a store another agency built?

Regularly. We start with a code and app audit so you know what you’re sitting on, then take it from there. We won’t bad-mouth the previous developer. Everything made sense to someone at the time. Our job is getting your store moving again.

What does Shopify development cost?

Every project gets a fixed quote. Theme customisations sit at the small end. Full custom themes and private apps cost more. Migrations are priced by catalogue and history size. Support is a modest monthly arrangement. You’ll have a number before any work starts.

How does AI change your Shopify work?

It compresses the repetitive parts: scaffolding, imports, boilerplate. Projects that used to take months now land in weeks, and senior attention goes to design, UX and business logic. Same craft, shorter invoice.
