Finding your project

When your project kicks off, you get a welcome email with your staging URL, a project board invitation and a shared folder. Those links are the portal. Bookmark them and you're set.

Lost your links

Search your inbox for goldcoastecommerce. The kickoff email has everything.

Support

On a support plan, reply to any project email or call us directly. There's no ticket portal to wrestle with. If the store is down or you're worried about security, always call.
